Data rights
Opt out of our shared contact directory and exercise your UK GDPR rights.
What this form does
Use this form to request that LeadChase remove your record from our shared contact directory. We will tombstone every matching record within 24 hours of submission and prevent re-import for a minimum of 30 days. In practice we treat opt-out requests as permanent unless you explicitly ask us to reverse one. Tombstoning takes effect platform-wide — your record will not be visible to any LeadChase customer after submission.
Submit either your LinkedIn profile URL, your work email address, or both. Submitting both gives us the strongest match and removes both your profile record and any cached email address. For any other UK GDPR rights (access, rectification, restriction, portability, objection), please email jordan@leadchase.co.
Submit your opt-out
What happens next
As soon as you submit this form, we record a platform-wide suppression for the identifier(s) you provided and tombstone every matching record across our shared contact directory. Suppression is checked on every ingestion path — re-imports from any source (CRM sync, LinkedIn export uploads, profile-cache refreshes) will silently skip your record.
If you want to reverse the opt-out at any time, contact us at jordan@leadchase.co and we will lift the suppression.
Your other rights under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to, port, withdraw consent from, and (where applicable) erase the personal data we hold about you. You are also entitled not to be subject to a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you — LeadChase does not make such decisions, but you can find the full statement in our Privacy Policy.
To exercise any of these rights, email jordan@leadchase.co. We respond within one calendar month of receiving your request.
